To appreciate all that La Residence has to offer, we recommend a minimum of a two-night stay.

Dinner reservations in Franschhoek can be prebooked by the hotel. We recommend
guests prebook at least 3 months prior to arrival.
TRANSFERS:
(Transfer rates are NETT and NON COMMISSIONABLE)
Transfers are excluded from the daily rate but can be arranged at an additional cost.
The transfer rates below are for minimum 2 pax in a sedan vehicle,
thereafter an extra R275.00 per person will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation fees will be applied should a booking be cancelled within
the following period:
* 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 25% of total accommodation fee.
* 4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of total accommodation fee.
* 2 weeks before arrival – 100% of total accommodation fee.
Please note that all the above rates are subject to change.
No children under 12, unless the entire hotel is booked.
