ADDITIONAL MEALS (at La Residence):

Lunch and dinner are not included in the daily B&B rate but can be arranged on request at an
additional expense.

    Dinner reservations in Franschhoek can be prebooked by the hotel. We recommend guests
    prebook at least 3 months prior to arrival.

    (Transfer rates are NETT and NON COMMISSIONABLE)

    Transfers are excluded from the daily rate but can be arranged at an additional cost.

    The transfer rates below, in a sedan vehicle, are based on a minimum of 1 & 2
    passengers as stated, thereafter any additional passengers will be charged R365pp for 2013.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • The following cancellation fees will be applied should a booking be cancelled within the following period:
    • ✳   8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 25% of total accommodation fee.
    • ✳  4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of total accommodation fee.
    • ✳  2 weeks before arrival – 100% of total accommodation fee.
    • A 25% non refundable deposit is charged for all bookings between 15 December and 15 January.
